Welcome to Muattaria LTD. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules for using our website www.muattaria.com and purchasing our products. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. 

Product Information

All product images on our website are for illustration purposes only. Actual items may vary slightly due to changes in packaging, Colour differences caused by lighting or screen settings, Natural variations in handmade or oil-based products. These differences do not impact product performance.

All perfume oils are for external use only.

Use of Our Website

By registering with Muattaria LTD, you confirm that you are at least 16 and that all information you provide is accurate and current. You agree to use this website lawfully and respectfully. 

You must not Copy or redistribute website content without permission, Attempt to hack, damage, disrupt the website or Misuse our services in any illegal or harmful way.

If we detect suspicious or fraudulent activity, we may suspend or remove your access without notice. We may update or change the website at any time.

Stock, Pricing & Availability

All prices and stock levels on our website are subject to change.
Items added to your basket are not guaranteed until checkout is completed.
Please review your order before making payment to ensure details are correct.

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. If you have used any translation tool on our website, please note that payments will still be processed in GBP (£) regardless of how currency may appear on your device.

Authenticity of Products

Muattaria sells 100% genuine products. We do not sell counterfeit or imitation items.
Occasionally, we may offer items that have damaged packaging or missing lids. When this occurs, it will always be clearly stated on the product page. Such cosmetic imperfections do not affect product quality

Payments

We accept the following payment methods (update as needed):

Visa Debit, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal

Any processing fees or currency conversion charges related to your payment method are your responsibility. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for your original order unless otherwise agreed. Muattaria does not store your card details. All payments are securely processed through our authorised payment providers.

Pricing Errors

If an incorrect price is listed due to a technical or human error, we are not obligated to supply the product at that price.
In such cases, we will contact you with the correct price and request confirmation or cancel the order and issue a refund.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for the losses caused by misuse of products, Customer negligence or improper storage of goods. Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

Allergies & Skin Sensitivity

Customers are responsible for checking ingredients ( Notes)  before use.
We recommend performing a patch test before applying any scent to the skin. Do not use on broken skin as we are not liable for allergic reactions caused by misuse or incorrect application.

Promotional Codes

Muattaria LTD  may offer promotional codes from time to time.
We reserve the right to remove or edit promotional codes, Prevent multiple codes from being used together, Restrict usage where misuse is suspected.

Privacy Policy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy, available on our website. We do not share customer data with third parties except for payment and delivery services.

Orders & Acceptance

Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation.
An order is only accepted once we dispatch the goods.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if Items are out of stock, Payment cannot be processed, There is suspected fraud.If an order is cancelled, you will be refunded in full.

Intellectual Property

All website content Logos, images, text, product names is owned by Muattaria LTD. You cannot use or copy any content without our written permission.

Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene reasons, perfume oils and fragrance products cannot be returned once opened.
We accept returns only if the item is unused and in original condition and returned within 14 days of receipt

If an item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by Couriers, Customs (if international), Incorrect addresses

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, additional postage costs may apply.

Missing Orders

If your UK parcel has not arrived within 15 working days of dispatch, please contact us.

For international orders, allow 30 working days before reporting as missing. Once confirmed missing, we will offer either a replacement or a refund. Additional compensation is not available.

Security Checks

For fraud prevention, some orders may require additional verification.
We may request confirmation of Billing address, Cardholder information, PayPal details. If these checks cannot be completed, your order may be cancelled and refunded.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website means you accept the latest version.
