  1. Are your perfume oils alcohol-free?

Yes. All Muattaria perfume oils  are 100% alcohol-free and suitable for customers who prefer natural oil-based fragrances.

  1. How long do your perfume oils last?

Longevity varies depending on body chemistry, ingredients, and application. However, our oils are highly concentrated and typically last 8–20 hours, sometimes longer on clothes.

  1. How do I apply perfume oils correctly?

Apply a small amount to pulse points such as wrists, neck, behind the ears, or hair tips. A drop or two is usually enough because the oils are concentrated.

  1. Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Our oils contain high-quality ingredients, but we always recommend performing a patch test before full use, especially if you have sensitive skin.

  1. Can I return or exchange perfume oils?

Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used perfume oils cannot be returned.
Unopened items in original condition can be returned within 14 days.

  1. How long does delivery take?

UK delivery normally takes:

Standard Tracked: 3–5 working days

Express Tracked: 1–2 working days

International delivery times vary by country. Delivery estimates will be shown at checkout.

  1. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We cannot guarantee order changes once the order has been placed, as it may be processed quickly.

Yes, our car diffusers are designed to fit every car  and work in nearly all vehicles. They release a consistent fragrance for weeks.

Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or heat. Proper storage helps preserve scent quality and longevity.

  1. Are your products genuine?

Yes. Muattaria only sells authentic products. We do not sell fake, copy, or diluted fragrances.

  1. How can I choose the right scent for me?

Read the scent notes, try samples, or contact us for personalised recommendations based on your preferences.

  1. Are your oils IFRA compliant?

Where relevant, oils are sourced from suppliers who follow IFRA safety guidelines.

  1. What should I do if my bottle leaks or arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace or refund the item.

Absolutely! Many customers enjoy creating their own combinations. Experiment gently for best results.

We offer a range of sizes including 3ml, 6ml and 12ml depending on the scent.

  1. Are your oils safe for hair and beard?

Yes, perfume oils can be lightly applied to hair or beard for extra longevity. Avoid applying in large amounts as oils can be heavy.

  1. Do your oils contain allergens?

Some natural oils may contain trace allergens. Ingredients are listed on each product page where applicable.

  1. Why does the oil fade quickly on my skin?

Dry skin absorbs oil faster. Apply an unscented cream first to help the fragrance last longer.

  1. How much should I apply?

1–2 drops are usually enough because the oils are highly concentrated.

  1. Are your perfume oils unisex?

Most of our oils are unisex. Some lean more masculine or feminine, but all can be worn by anyone who loves the scent.

  1. Do you offer concentrated attars?

Yes, we offer traditional attars in various strengths and notes.

  1. Are your oils made from natural ingredients?

We use a combination of natural ingredients and safe fragrance blends, depending on the scent.

  1. Why does my oil change colour over time?

Natural oils can darken due to oxidation. This does not affect the quality or performance.

  1. Why does the scent smell different on my skin?

Perfume oils last 2–5 years, sometimes longer if stored properly away from heat and sunlight.

  1. Are your oils halal?

Yes. They are alcohol-free and contain no prohibited ingredients.

  1. Are your oils suitable for sensitive skin?

They are gentle, but we always recommend a patch test before full use.

  1. What is a patch test?

Apply a small amount on your wrist or inner elbow and wait 24 hours to ensure no irritation occurs.

  1. What is the difference between perfume oils and spray perfumes?

Perfume oils are more concentrated, alcohol-free, and longer lasting.
Spray perfumes contain alcohol and evaporate faster.

  1. Can I apply perfume oils on clothes?

Yes, perfume oils last longer on fabric.
However, avoid applying on delicate or light-coloured fabrics to prevent staining.
